Configure an FG item as a substitute item
1. Create a workorder and start it
2. Load in FG Item
3. Produce a pallet
4. Start the cycle count
5. Post the cycle count
Bug
System throws an error saying that enough qty was not available for FG Item.
Expectation
System should allow user to post the cycle count if enough Qty is available
