MFG - PP - Qty is not updating in staging table after true up
Following scenarios need to be taken care:
# Staging Lot created via Full Move
# Staging Lot created via Partial consumption
# Staging Qty should be zero after True up if Cycle count qty is zero
# Staging Qty should be equal to cycle count Qty entered and staging lot should be active if CC qty > 0
# System Qty for next WO should show the last CC qty entered, if the Staging Lot is active with Qty > 0
