Multiple users cannot open the work order screen for the same work order if cycle count is started / undo / save
*Steps:*
# Open a work order
# Start the cycle count
# Now, open the same WO from the second user
*Bug* : It is locking for the second user
*Acceptance* : Should not lock for the second user
Same scenario is applicable for Start / Undo / Save cycle count
