Description Copy the EDI940 csv file in the EDI folder   *Steps to Reproduce:*   1. Goto Integration   2. Open EDI940   3. Click on 'Run All'   4. Change the customer location in the same EDI file   5. Open EDI940   6. Click on 'Run All'   *Bug* :   User is not getting a notification from the system.   *Expectation:*   The configured user should get an Email notification about customer location changes.
