Steps:
# Create a PP work order
# Consume few lots for an item
# Move back any one of the Lot from ProdStg location to Staging location using Lot Move
# Produce a lot
# Start the cycle count
Bug: System qty is negative. 'Qty in Prod Stg Area' is less than what is actually consumed.
Acceptance criteria: Restrict users from moving out the consumed pallets from ProdStg location
