Lot Move is not working when same lot has different status in the destination location
Step to reproduce:
1. Go to Manufacturing --> Inventory View
2. Select a Lot available in multiple location
3. Adjust Lot qty in one of the location to 0
4. Change the Lot status to On-Hold ( Any lot status which is different than the source one)
5. Select the Source lot and open Lot move screen
6. Select the Destination Storage location, enter Qty and save
*Issue* : Application is not allowing to move as both lot is having different status
*Expectation* : Application should allow to move when the destination lot's qty is 0 even when the status mismatch. The status of source lot should override the status of destination lot.
This is working fine in 17.1 RC (build 156) and 17.1 Prod (268)
