Manufacturing Process - Attribute values should filter based on the location selected in the process:
# Location should be mandatory for every process.
# If Location is not selected, should not allow to enter attribute values.
# Based on selected location in process, filter the attribute values with location id. Example Attributes: Default Storage Bin, Kit Staging Location, Production Staging Location, Staging Location, Source Location, PM Production Staging Location.
