Add a control in the header section as 'Create Pick Order only for Remaining Qty'. In case user wants to pick full qty. they can unselect and click on 'Create Pick Order' button.
By Default, it should be true, you need to pass one of the tag in the create pick order button. I will be handling the server side code.
