[HDTN-199083 - BOL report - Add additional column such as customer PO No, Signature & Pallet Count|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-199083]
1. Add the columns Customer PO #, Vessel/Vehicle, Seal # in the header section.
2. Add Quantity Total in the detail section.
3. Remove Sales order, Customer PO from the detail section.
4. User is going to generate this report from inventory shipment staging screen. Provide an option in the inventory shipment staging screen to generate this report.
Note:Customer PO # control is not there in the inventory shipment screen. we can go with custom tab to add Customer PO # or we can rename Driver Id or ProNo as Customer PO#.
