Placard Report: Adjust Size & Provide button to launch:
1. Change the size to A4 Paper from Label
2. Adjust the font sizes
3. Provide option to launch from button (Production Details Tab & Inventory View)
4. Remove automatic launching code from existing reports (Inventory View Label & Produce Label)
