*Issue:*
Sometimes Mobile Billing closed shifts don't transmit to iRely.
{color:#0f0f0f}See attached video. At the beginning of the video, you can see the Sending Data message, which had been there for several minutes before I started recording. I backed out of that screen because obviously there was an error going on. I opened up the VPN connection screen to show that I am connected to the VPN. Going back to Mobile Billing shows the shift is closed. But when I show the IRely Mobile Billing shift grid, the ending shift data is missing. This happens whenever we end a shift if we have lost our data connection. But it also happens randomly when we do have a connection. So we end up with shifts in IRely that look like they were never ended.{color}
