[shift] - end shift did not send data to i21 server

Description We are missing about 6 Mobile Billing invoices from 2/16 in iRely. Terry prints all his invoices and turns them in so we do have copies of them. They are on the driver shift report, but they are not in IRely. I'm not sure what happened, maybe he lost internet connection. But shouldn't those invoices transmit once his connection is reestablished? Is there a way to resend those invoices from the tablet to the server? This is the first time this has happened.
