1. TMO>MBIL APP>CREATE INVOICE>ADD ITEM>REG FEE
*Issue* :
RegFee item not applying tax when initiated with TM order. It's only an issue for dispatched orders but works correctly on driver initiated, Elizabeth said it use to work in production.
*Acceptance* :
Should be able add RegFee Item successfully
