1. TMO Dispatch > MBIL App > Meter Device > Create Invoice > Set preset
Issue:

I ran into this scenario while testing the meter today. The ordered quantity was 200 but I set the meter preset to 190. When I clicked finished it checked the contract then set the quantity back to 200 overriding the 190 that was pumped. This is an issue and needs to be resolved ASAP. I was testing with the 1027.1 APK.
Acceptance:
It should not back to the default quantity if the preset was changed
