*Steps:*
1. Contracts>TMO Dispatch>Stops>Create Invoice>Start Pumping
*Issue:*
PreBuy contracts are ending the contract amount before it is completed and starting a new line. New line is then ended as well and creates a 3rd entry with incorrect values for what was pumped.
