When importing from Meter Reading file, if the file's Current Reading is the same as the Meter Key's Last Meter Reading (that is, no change), the import process creates a MR tran of 0.00 quantity. This is an issue because this tran cannot be posted due to posting routine not allowing 0.00 quantity.
Correct way to handle this: when no change (File's Current Reading = Meter Key Last Reading), do not create a MR tran.
