Performance improvements in Allocation screen.
1. Optimize the query for open allocation contracts
2. On opening saved allocation transaction, focus allocated tab by default. Do not make open contracts requests in the first tab. On user clicking on first tab, trigger the request.
3. On opening saved pick lot transaction, focus picked tab by default. Do not make open allcoations requests in the first tab. On user clicking on first tab, trigger the request.
