JDE users are complaining that IR screen takes too much time to load. It also takes too much time to when they do Post or UnPost operations also.
They showed me IR-133 today in their test environment with a clock and it took 2 mins and 13 secs once to load. They retried the same IR-133 again and this time it took 2 mins and 15 secs. They also said sometimes it takes 3 mins also. According to them it is not practical for waiting so long just for the screen to load the data. They expect urgent resolution on this within next couple of days.
Please work on this on priority so that it will not get esclated into their higher management.
