Release letter layout changes:

- Also take out the ones marked in yellow colour: !pastedImage_d73848_1.png!
- SAP PO Number - remove the word "SAP"
- Email body should also have the signature (name, email id, and phone number). This is required because otherwise shipping company will not know whom to contact since mail will be sent from a group email id.
