Using 16.4 build
*Issues with Reproduction Steps:*
1. If Price is not fixed but user send the Integration Request to SAP, it is not getting accepted in SAP.
2. User needed to resend the Integration Request after fixing the price in order to procced.
*Expected Result:*
1. Please do not allow to send Integration request until the contract is price fixed.
