1- User creates a contract for 600 bags
2- Opens Load/shipment schedule screen and selects the contract sequence, 600 bags populate.
3- meanwhile someone goes to teh sequence and drops the qty to 300 bags
4- while saving SI, or SA it should check if the qty in load screen still exists in contract sequence
