RIght now 3rd LSP (Logistics Service Provider) feed is going to all the LSPs instead of going to only the LSPs that are associated with the warehouse vendor id. It is happening because we are not writing the associated warehouse vendor id into the staging table. If there is no warehouse vendor id configured for that warehouse (e.g. sub-location) then we should not writing anything to the staging table for seding LSP feed.
