Issues with Reproduction Steps:
1. Create an approved Sample against a Contract without Container No.
2. Refer that Contract in Load Shipment.
3. Container will create without having Container No.
4. Link it with Order.
5. Post the shipment.
6. Click on Integration Request.
7. It is creating Integration ref#.
