Description We will have to create 4 database views for each of these categories. Create canned panels to view these information in dashboard.   *Number of shipments out of time (late shipments) in a specific shipment period- Logistics* a. If you select a date range as 1st Jan to 30th Jan as the filter for this report and there is a contract with shipment period from 15th December to 15th January. Should this contract fall within the reporting criteria? Are we looking at shipment start date or end date or both? Should both the dates fall within the selected date range? Nicole – Use the shipment end date for this purpose   *Number of containers per individual carrier for a defined shipment period. Logistics* Per Nicole, the shipping line will not be entered in the contract sequence only in Shipping instructions. Also, container and number of containers. Based on this information the report will be generated. Per the service contract JDE must ship X MT with a shipping line. So, they must know how much qty has already been shipped and what should be shipped next month. • Jose Item 5: we do not commit a certain MT per carrier, but rather an indicate number of containers (XYZ 20’ft)   *Number of containers per nominated vessel for a defined shipment period. Logistics* Not all containers should be shipped in one vessel. If the vessel sinks the loss for the insurance is big, so insurance company discourages JDE to do so. This helps JDE not to breach limits specified by insurance agency.   *Shipping instructions, select shipments which have not been instructed yet, define the period. Logistics* Apply filter on shipment period of the contract and show only the contracts for which SI not created in i21.
