1. Provide copy button in cost tab of Load / Shipment screen.
2. Show total for warehouse service amount, customer billable amount below the grid
3. change comments field size to MAX in the table. Change comments field in the load header to multi-line text box.
4. Enable all fields in container grid except container #, quantity, UOM, gross, tare and net weight before posting. User should able to make changes to other fields even after linking.
