Issue:
While saving LS screen, it is removing the existing value of External Shipment Item Number in tblLGLoadDetail table

Acceptance / Expectation:
* On saving LS, it should not clear the existing value. It should retain the value
PS:
* This value was retaining in the previous versions
* Due to strExternalShipmentItemNumber value resetting in tblLGLoadDetail table, LS update feed will not go to SAP.
