*Steps:*
1. Follow test steps from this test case: [https://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/Tests.jspa#/testCase/JDE-T515]
2. Before saving and posting the LS again, go to Vessel tab, change the Destination Port/City.
3. Go to Warehouse, change the Storage Location/Unit > Save.
4. Click on Post.
*Issue:*
New email is being sent to the new LSP (Vendor) using the same PO# and LS number after changing the Destination Port/City and/or Storage Location/Unit.
See attached for details.
*Acceptance:*
Should not send a new mail.
