Create Receipt button gets disabled alongside Post button after posting a shipment.
Steps to reproduce:
# Create purchase and sales priced contracts
# Allocate the contracts
# Create payment via purchase contract
# Create inbound shipment and post
# Create IR
Issue: Create Receipt button also gets disabled after clicking Post button
