Console error is found upon adding of Orders for Shipping Instructions (Drop ship).
- Note that when creating the shipment from SI, noticed that Sales contract's cost is missing in LS > Costs tab. (Please see screenshots below)

- Cost tab of Shipping Instruction screen should display the Orders added.
