Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to Logistics > Report > Track Shipments/Documents > Document tracking tab.
2. Tick one checkbox and Click on the Open Selected button
3. Click on the New button
Issue:
The Open Selected button and New button will not function correctly by not display the screen of the data selected

Acceptance:
The screen for the selected data should be displayed as well a for adding New data
