When user rejects a container in LS screen that is in schedule status, system is not updating the scheduled qty in the contract screen due to this, they are unable to create a new LS for a replacement container.
Steps:
1. Create LS
2. Add 1 container. Link and Save.
3. Reject the container and remove Link.
4. Reduce the Order Qty
5. Add a new container. Link then Save.
6. Validation appears:
Issue:

Acceptance:
Should not require Rejected containers to be Linked.
Should save successfully.
