Hide Storage Location fields if Trans. Used By is "Transport Loads" since this field is not used by Transports screen.
LS screen should not validate for Storage Location if Trans Used By is "Transport Loads"

For Petro Load Schedules, once Company Location and Item are selected, populate Storage Loc field based on Item setup: Item screen > Setup tab> Location tab > Item Location screen > Location and Storage Location fields.
When auto populating the Storage Loc field, if Storage Loc already has a value, then compare the auto populated value to the existing value. If different, give the user a Warning and change the existing value to the auto populated value.
