Requirement:
When Site is selected for TM orders, the associated Serial Number of Tanks attached to the site need to be displayed as dropdown.
If its two tanks attached to same site it should show the first tank as default but user should be able to select the other tanks if necessary.
*When one tank attached:* The tank Serial Number defaults to the only Serial No for the single tank.

*When Manifold tanks attached:* Default would be the serial number of first tank, but user should be able to select the other tank serial number if necessary from the drop down.

Acceptance Criteria:
{color:#242424}When the user selects a customer site on the load schedule we need to populate the serial number for the tank on the screen. It then needs to flow to mobile billing and show on the delivery stop.{color}
