*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Create a New Least Cost Routing, Source Type: TM Orders
2. Select a Location, choose one with Longitude and Latitude both zero
3. Select Orders and click Map Orders
4. Select the order points on the Map then click Get Sequence. Go the Sequence tab
*Issue* : Sequence numbers are all -1. End Point is missing.
5. Save and Post the LCR. Close the screen. Refresh the application.
6. Reopen the record:
*Issue:* Error message appears. After clicking OK, the application becomes stuck and unresponsive.

Attempted to post 2 routes in 99, but it is stuck on "Routing In Progress". We keep getting 400 and 403 errors.
