Refer attached screenshots in the comments section. When remaining quantity is short closed, open quantity becomes 0 for that contract sequence. When open quantity is 0, then system should not show up in the top and bottom grids of the allocation screen.
*Steps:*
1. Create purchase contract
2. Save
3. Create sale contract
4. Save.
5. Go to Logistics Module
6. Click Allocation
7. Verify created purchase and sale contract in Allocate tab
*Issue:*
Allocation screen is showing contracts having 0 open quantity in the first tab
*Acceptance:*
Open quantity should not be 0 when not yet allocated
