Steps:
1. Go to load shipments-->warehouse
2. Click on Send in-store letter-->warehouse

Issue
System loads all the contacts in the "To Email Id" and it is not going based on Email distribution in the vendor contact.

Expectation
It should work based on email distribution similar to contract print.
