# Create new contract with other charges.
# Create Shipping instructions by clickin Process>Shipping Instruction button of contract.
# Save Shipping instructions.
# Click Create load shipment button.
# Verify costs tab.
Issue: Load Shipment Costs Tab - Other Charges from Contract is not displayed.

Acceptance: Costs tab should reflect charges from the contract.
Note: This issue only happens when the contract is processed to Shipping Instructions first before creating load shipment. If user skipped the shipping instructions, other charges are reflected on the cost tab.
