_Precondition: Company Configuration > Logistics > Default Position: (any "Shipment" Position Type)_
*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Create Sales or Purchase Contract

2. Click Load to open Generate Loads screen
3. Change Transport Mode to "Truck". Enter other details then Generate.

4. Try to Save
*Issue:*
Validation message appears. Unable to Save the record.

*Acceptance:*
If Contract Position is not specified on the Contract, Generate Loads should be able to Save regardless of Transportation Mode.
