*Steps:*
Create a contract.
Create LS - inbound for the same contract.
Enter the secondary cost in cost tab " Seafreight"
Post the LS.
Click on voucher in cost tab to create the voucher for the sea freight
Click on unpost button.
*Issue* :
CLick on Post button again.
It is not allowing to post since the voucher is available.
*Acceptance* :
It should allow to post the voucher even if there is voucher available.
