User profile is set as European format 123.345,54
while entering the cost tab rate field , if we enter the 123,44 iit is showing as 123344.
instead it is considering only dot(.)
it should take the , ( comma) as the seprator and while entering 123,44 it should show 123,44 instead on 12344.
