Load Schedule/Generate Loads - Allow user to change location after setting default location specified in the contract. Do not clear contract on changing location in these screens.
Delta Liquids would like to track their positions based on multiple locations, however their contracts with vendors/customers will be with one company location. Since we don't have GL entries per sub-location, we need to allow user to change location in load schedule different from location selected in the Contract.
