the new format for begreen - sales invoice 5 should have followng changes.
1. The word "Invoice" needs to be bigger
2. Additional space between "Invoice" and the line where "Customer (Bill to) / Customer (Ship to)" is mentioned
3. DO Number & DO date - Could you please confirm when the coffee is sold on FOB basis these 2 fields won't be mentioned on the printed document since there will be no DO on these kind of shipments ? -
In the case of Dropship case do not show the DO number and DO Date. fields .
4. Please add a field "VAT"- Show the value as 0.00
5. Please make sure that "payment instructions" and the terms below are using the same characters size and please delete the spaces between the lines.
6. At the bottom of the page, please add all Be Green Trading details- Footer image attached herewith
7. Please make sure the content of the document is centered on the page
