Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-225687 - Shipping instructions, Release Order, and Instore letters are not getting added to DMS automatically|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-225687] User Sharon reported that she and Almas noticed that after 18.1 upgrade instore letter, shipping instruction, and release order documents are not getting added automatically when the click on Email button.   We tried to check the same on the JDE TE2 environment - we also observed that it is not working. However Contract and Price Fixation documents are getting added automatically when the user clicks on the Email button.   * Overview of how it works ** Document Management -> Document Configuration shows which documents are automatically stored under which folder in DMS ** See below the image that shows JDE's current configuration ** !pastedImage_d112136_0.png! ** If user opens the contract and clicks on Email button ** !pastedImage_d112136_1.png! ** Email window pops-up, now if you click on Cancel (no need to send the email) - that is enough for our system to automatically add this contract in to the DMS folder mapped for contract ** !pastedImage_d112136_2.png! ** Now if you go to the DMS tab of that contract - system will show that contract which system added automatically ** !pastedImage_d112136_3.png! ** This is working properly for contract and price fixation. However it is not working for instore letter, shipping instruction, and release order. This is a serious issue for JDE logistics team since they will loose track of the documents. See the sections below to see how you can check this * Shipping Instruction ** Open any LSI and click on Mail -> Shipping Instructions ** !pastedImage_d112136_4.png! ** Email preview window will open as below - click on Cancel since we do not want to send. This is enough for system to automatically add the document into the DMS folder confiigured ** !pastedImage_d112136_5.png! ** However it is not working in 18.1 at JDE environments. You can check this using their TE2 environment since all the vendors are configured with email ids. * Instore Letter ** Open LS and click on Warehouse -> Send In-Store Letter -> Warehouse ** !pastedImage_d112136_6.png! ** It will open the email preview window - click on Cancel. At this stage system should have automatically saved the in-store letter in the DMS folder ** !pastedImage_d112136_7.png! ** However it is not getting saved. Please check how it works it contract and price fixation screens - and do the same correction in logistics also ** !pastedImage_d112136_8.png! * Release Order ** Similar issue for release order also.
