** In LSI, in the Documents tab I have lost my Seaway bill, invoice and UTZ certificate.
** I am trying to put them back in but when I enter seaway bill in the drill down I see about 50 different options where Seaway bill is in a description - it is basically not showing the actual document names

* Looks like if the user goes to the DMS tab and comes back to the Documents and Demurrage tab they are facing this issue. Multiples logistics users are complaining of this issue
** We need to provide a fix for this today
** For now, we are asking them to log off and log in into i21 so that they can choose proper document
