Contracts that are flagged for "Unlimited Quantity Contracts" can be overfilled. Logistics will need to over schedule a contract that has less than a zero balance if marked Unlimited. Balance and Available balance will not have an impact whether or not to schedule a load. All other contracts will not be able to overapply.
