On load schedules, there should be an option for "Rail"

When this mode is selected, the "Rail Details" should contain
Equipment - Same as truck
Hauler - Same as truck
Car number - Text field
Embargo # - Text field
Embargo Permit # - Text field

Rename 'Truck Details' to 'Rail Details'
Hide Driver, Truck No, Trailer No.1 , No. 2 and No.3 fields
Make the new fields visible.
In case of truck, hide Rail related fields.
Add Transportation Mode in 'Generate Load' screen header.
