Footer is not showing in the shipping instruction format 1 and this should be available for the format which we created for Equatorial also
Delivery order format ( this should be there for the new delivery format which is created for the Equatorial)
shipping advice also should be display the footer.
I have configured the footer in the system manager attachments as Footer
