* Update Driver of On Outbound Load that is Direct Shipment Record as follows:
** If Driver is blank, update automatically Inbound Load
** If Driver is not blank, prompt to override Inbound Driver
*** If Yes, override with new Driver
*** If No, leave as existing Driver
* Update Driver of On Inbound Load that is Direct Shipment Record as follows:
** If Driver is blank, update automatically Outbound Load with new Driver
** If Driver is not blank, prompt to override Outbound Driver
*** If Yes, override with new Driver
*** If No, leave as existing Driver
