1. Add CustomerNo column in Orders tab of LCR screen. It is required for source type 'TM Site'. All other types, this column can be blank.

2. Hide this column by default. User can select from the list.

1. Add strCustomerNo column in vyuLGRouteOpenOrders view (Kenneth is adding strCustomerNo column vyuTMConsumptionSiteInfo view). Already routeopen orders view is using this consumptionsite info view to show other columns.
2. Add this new ccolumn in vyuLGRouteOpenOrders in WebAPIT
3. Add this column in Sencha Archtect orders tab - order grid. I think these is no other changes required in viewmodel or viewcontroller.
This change is required in 17.3 and 17.4. in next maintenance release.
