1. Create contract for 80000 galon
2. Create multiple loads for the same seq.
3. Change the Seq qty to 60000 galon.
system is not allowing the user to change the qty.
Validation message " *Seq qty cannot be less than the total qty of the associated shipping advice(s).* " is displayed.
Expectation: i21 should allow the user to change the qty as long as the sum of the total LS qty is not greater than the Seq qty.
